This wikiHow teaches you how to find your past bios on Instagram using a computer, phone, or tablet. A bio is the text area underneath your username where you can share a brief description about yourself.

Open Instagram on your Android, iPhone, or iPad. It's the orange, purple, and yellow icon with a white camera, and you'll usually find it on your home screen, in the app drawer, or by searching.

- If you want to reuse one of your old bios, follow these steps:

- Right-click the highlighted area and select Copy.
- Return to your profile and click Edit Profile.
- Right-click the "Bio" field and select Paste.
